• Leading information security methodologies and secure architecture across business and technology systems.
• Guiding and supporting infrastructure and application projects regarding information security aspects.
• Providing solutions for technical issues that require information security involvement.
• Managing cyber risks and conducting technological reviews to enhance the organization’s information security posture/framework.
• Leading risk assessment processes, penetration tests (Pen-Tests), and their remediation/validation.
• Ongoing collaboration with internal and external interfaces such as development teams, infrastructure, business units, and vendors.

• Experience in a financial organization – significant advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience guiding/supporting infrastructure and application projects within an Information Security team – mandatory.
• Experience with Information Security tools.
• Experience with Information Security in the financial sector – advantage.
• Information Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM – advantage.
• Extensive knowledge and professional experience in the field of modern cyber risks and understanding of how to implement innovative solutions.
• In-depth knowledge in designing security architecture for on-premise and Cloud environments.
• Good familiarity with security/defense products and recognized cyber defense methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
• High service awareness and ability to collaborate with end-users.
• Creative thinking, proactiveness, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We are seeking a leading and experienced Information Security Architect with a deep understanding of the AI domain, to join our security team and lead the construction of the defense architecture for Artificial Intelligence solutions within the organization.

• Defining, designing, and leading the information security architecture for systems and AI models.
• Conducting risk and threat assessments tailored to AI architectures, including threat modeling.
• Working closely with Development, Data, and ML teams to implement security controls throughout the model lifecycle.
• Establishing best practices and security guidelines in the AI domain within the organization.
• Leading risk assessment processes for data poisoning, model leakage, adversarial attacks, and other risks.
• Evaluating advanced security technologies in the GenAI and LLM security fields.
• Guiding AI projects from the planning stage through to production deployment.

• Significant experience (5+ years) in Information Security or Security Architecture.
• Experience and strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to provide professional leadership, build methodologies, and drive processes.
• Experience in conducting threat modeling and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (NIST AI RMF, ISO, GDPR, etc.) – advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work with multiple interfaces.

• Hands-on experience in securing LLM systems / data security for AI.
• Experience in Secure SDLC and DevSecOps infrastructures.
• Deep understanding of MLOps and AI governance.
